At Noted., every journal is made just for you. Because we use a print-on-demand (POD) service through Lulu, each product is printed specifically when you place your order — which helps reduce waste and keep our process sustainable.

Please note:

Since each item is custom printed, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color or design due to screen differences

Damaged or Defective Items?

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing issue, or contains the wrong item, we want to make it right. Please contact us at info@getnoted.store within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or printing error

We’ll work with our print partner (Lulu) to replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
